I- INDOOR SOCCER RULES (This applies to games hosted by ShowUpAndPlay):
- There are no subs. Everyone has the same amount of playing time with their teammates.
3 teams per game scenario:
- For each game, 3 teams rotate every 07 minutes or after a set score. The winner of each sequence stays on the field for a maximum of 3 sequences in a row. In case of a tie, the most recent team that joined the sequence stays on the field. In case of a tie in the first sequence, we use a coin toss or gentleman's agreement to determine which team stays on the field.
- You are not allowed to criticize a teammate if you don't like the way he/she plays, but you are allowed to change teams or play with your friends on the same team. We encourage players to be fair play, classy and positive all the time.
- No offside. The ball is out of bounds when it hits the roof or the nets above the wall/glass or the side goal nets.
- Zero tolerance for violent conduct. We are gentlemen and classy ladies and we play for fun.
- No slide tackle. No push on the boards. All free kicks are indirect.
DRESSING CODE: Indoor Soccer shoes, socks and shin pads are strongly recommended for your safety. We provide pinnies.

II- INDOOR BASKETBALL RULES FOR SHOWUPANDPLAY GAMES:
- Players call their own travel. There is no shooting fouls, no offensive fouls, no complicated fouls will be called. Players police themselves.
- Zero tolerance for violent conduct. We are gentlemen and classy ladies and we play for fun.
- No push, no tripping, stop the game if a player is down.
DRESSING CODE: Any BasketBall short and tennis shoes or sneaker. We provide pinnies.
