![]() Playing indoors sounds easy, in theory; we don't need to worry about wind, rain, cold, snow and unexpected weather. In Canada, as well as in some parts of USA, where snow falls from November to March, there’s no choice but to play indoors during that part of the year. Many players who enjoy outdoor sports either sit out the season or turn to other, more appropriate, outdoor sports like skiing, skating or outdoor hockey. Indoor vs Outdoor Q&A
What are the pros and cons of outdoor vs indoor play?
Indoor play is good for a controlled environment, such as A/C and heat, no wind, no random rain or cloud cover. So you can practice and control movements with more precise controls.
That being said, I think outdoor play and training is more beneficial in the long run. You have to development more control because of the variables in the outdoor environment. But yes, you could get rained on, you will sweat more, and it may be harder to get a group together depending on the activity.
For kids and teens, I think outdoor games are much better so they can get fresh air and run around for exercise and just be kids having fun. Kids now spend way too much time inside on their phones and playing video games and that is not healthy, and it is why so many kids are overweight now.

ADVANTAGES :
It’s the perfect alternative to being outdoors, in the cold, wind and rain! No matter what the weather is doing, if you play an indoor sport you will never need to worry about it being called off.Being in a controlled environment, the playing area is generally a lot easier to play on. For example, there are no bumps, uneven ground, stones or puddles. Indoor playing areas are a lot smaller than a regular outdoor playing field. This helps to bring the players together, encouraging more networking.
DISADVANTAGES :
Playing indoors is a controlled environment. While this can definitely have its benefits, such as keeping you out of the elements, there is also no wind or sunshine, and can sometimes feel stale. It is completely different to the natural conditions of playing outdoors. When you are playing indoors, you have limited freedom, due to the constraints of the walls and ceilings. This can make the game a little less interesting at times. Maintaining an indoor sports venue is costlier than using an outdoor one. For example, building cost, electricity, cleaning, etc.
Do you prefer to play indoor games or outdoor games?
I’m in love with both, and my prefers are based on my current mood.
But something I want to say is, for some reason, I don’t like playing games casually, maybe I do but super rarely and if I’m tired to play competitively. I find it kinda sucks, because many peoples find id unfriendly at some point.
Answer: I like both but usually it’s based on my mood buy playing indoor games requires less conditions so I think indoor wins in frequency but preferences are totally based on mood
I normally prefer to be an outside person, as i am a hiking enthusiast. Other than at extreme hot and winter, I prefer to spend my time outside. Outside means, trying to explore the nature more. I relaxes our mind and give us fresh air. There are lot of activities to do outside, like hiking, camping, trekking, mountaineering etc. Come close to nature and enjoy.
Since indoor air is more polluted than outdoor air, how do we make the indoor pollution equal to outdoor pollution at least?
