Barcelona and Real Madrid are two of the most successful football clubs in the world, and they also have some of the largest fanbases. Barcelona is one of the most popular teams in Europe, due in part to its success on the pitch but also to its style of play. The team is known for its attacking style, and its players are some of the most creative and talented in the game. Real Madrid, on the other hand, is one of the most successful clubs in history, with a record number of Champions League titles. The team has a more traditional style of play, and its fans pride themselves on their club's history and tradition. Ultimately, there is no clear answer as to which team has more fans. Both Barcelona and Real Madrid have a large and loyal following, and it is hard to say which club is more popular. What makes it so special to be a fan of one team over another is that each club has its own unique identity and history. For Barcelona fans, they can take pride in their team's attacking style of play, while Real Madrid fans can take pride in their club's rich history and tradition. Ultimately, it is up to each individual fan to decide which team they support.

What are the characteristics of the best running shoes and sneakers?
The key to a good run lies in selecting the right kind of shoes for one’s feet! It is imperative for dedicated runners to have the correct type of running shoes to reduce or minimize any possibility of injuries, prevent the onset of blisters due to friction and primarily, to make the run seem a wee-bit easier.
Comfort, fit, run duration, sole material, breathability, and weight are the key aspects in choosing a suitable pair of shoes.
Good running shoes have midsole cushioning, that adapts to the runner’s individual stride
Best running shoes have special BOOST cushioning that combines soft comfort with responsive energy for the ultimate running experience, ensuring more consistency.
There is no one category for shoes that qualifies as the “best running shoes”. It is completely matter of your requirement and comfort. When you plan to buy a pair of running shoes, make sure that you consider all the factors mentioned below.
The shape of your feet - Shoe companies have developed models to accommodate runners of all strides. In the selection process, be sure to align your foot type with the proper shoe category.
The surface you’ll be running on - Running on a track will require less traction and lighter weight. On the other hand, trail running should have good traction, support, and cushion for uneven ground.
Understand a good fit - While it’s important to get the correct length, the width and volume of a shoe are most important. Shoes should fit snug in the heel and mid-foot with no slippage, irritation or awkward sensations.
Level of cushioning: Most runners prefer a medium amount of cushion with a softer feel - however, some runners prefer less cushion for shorter distances and for speed. More cushion usually means lower impact on each stride, but generally lower speed (in terms of your running pace).
Shape of the shoe: Some shoes are wider than others in certain areas. If you have wide feet, you'll hate narrower shoe models - and vice versa. Make sure you pay attention to the shoe shape - especially in the toe area.
Material used in the upper: Some shoes have very rigid materials in the upper (the section of the shoe holding the foot down... with the laces). Others have more flexible mesh. If you want more flexibility, you should probably choose a shoe with more mesh or fabric in the upper. If you want more durability, leather and other synthetic materials should be your choice.
If you want to use sneakers for running, pick the ones that have enough cushioning to provide the right balance and absorb the weight of the body, the ones that are soft and not sturdy.
Running is a healthy exercise for all human beings, but it is important to choose the sneakers you use for this exercise. Sometimes the best sneakers are overpriced in the market. If a cushioned ride is top priority, try the Nike Flyknit Lunar 1's or Lunarglides. The Adidas Boost series is a good option too.
To be able to run long miles comfortably, I use the Rebozo Sneaker for my jogging. They just push me forward to do more. When I feel I have lost all my energy these sneakers give me the ring kind of support that I need and put me on the track to run more, do more and achieve more.
While some runners suggest minimalist style shoes, these are most likely experienced runners who have built up the right muscles over time. Starting out in a minimalist shoe can be very painful and stressful to your calves and shins.
Go to retail location that specializes in running shoes. Have them watch you run and give you a few options. Shoe brands are also going to differ on their width, style, and arch support so you need to make sure that the shoe that you get fits your criteria perfectly.
Baking soda will take care of almost any odor. Remove your insoles from shoes and let them air out overnight outside or wherever they can get fresh air. Next, evenly spread a small amount of baking soda inside the shoe and then put the insole back in. The baking soda will absorb any odors in the same way it does in your fridge!! If you don’t want to get baking soda directly on you shoe then make a small bag (like a tea bag) with baking soda and poke a small hole in it and this should work fine but be careful cause if the cops find it they may think its drugs.
Most sneakers can be hand washed with detergent and warm water, then dried (either tossed in the dryer or left outside in very strong sunlight); this should get rid of most odors.
If you don't really want to wash the shoes, you could also try a sneaker deodorizer as a first step and see if it'll remove enough of the smell for you to not need to wash the shoes
Put them in a large Ziploc bag and throw them in the freezer overnight. This supposedly will kill the bacteria that cause the odor.
After washing and wearing once put a clothes dryer sheet inside each one. It will help absorb moisture and give it a nice smell. Alternate shoes each day. Never wear them two days in a row.
If there is a hole in the sole that sucks-up moisture, it would be good to fill it with glue or special shoe-goo that exists for this, and maybe to add a new layer of sole with contact adhesive.
What type of shoes reduce the impact on knees when running on concrete?
Shoes don’t reduce impact, your running style does. Maximalist shoes pad your feet from the ground, but don’t really prevent impacts from travelling up your leg. When shoes get heavy, they put a lot of pressure on your hip flexors to lift your feet up.
The most important thing you can do to protect your joints is to run with a “barefoot style”. That doesn’t mean actually running with barefeet. The key aspects of it are:
Front of foot strike (instead of a heel strike, where you heels land first)
Foot landing as close as possible to directly below your center of gravity
What this does is it forces your calf, quad, and foot muscles to absorb the impact. With heel striking, you bone is the first think that hits the ground. The impact travels up your bone (slowed slightly by your shins, causing shin splints) through you knee, and up to your hip. Naturally, moving to a more barefoot style will make your calves sore for a few weeks, but it’s definitely worth it in the long run.
Some other bonuses to running with a barefoot style are that heel striking is much less economical.
Typically you want a shoe that feels the most comfortable to wear. Next, you should decide what kind of running you want to do, short or long distance. Long distance shoes usually have more support on the back end, sprinting shoes are usually extremely light weight and have no support.
