With the v6.0.0 update comes the long awaited Conquest update to Tap Ninja!

Embark on establishing your settlement and conquering the enemy provinces while earning varying rewards from your spoils

Build it

On this new island you will be tasked with constructing multiple buildings to help in your conquest efforts. Some of the buildings include:

• Castle - your main bastion, advancing rest of the buildings
• School - a place to study new technologies through different branches
• Tavern - the hangout where heroes meet for new adventures

Each of these buildings can be levelled up, improving their effects. Be wary that gold is no good in constructing lasting buildings, so materials of Lumber and Ore will have to be harvested for their use in constructing these buildings.

Conquer it

The island is covered with enemy Provinces and Towns within, your job is to conquer them all. Each of the town's levels will award you with multiple rewards while conquering the whole province will award you with a more substantial reward which can include a boost to your Ninjas Elixir income, award more daily currency or even unlock another daily Quest slot.

Heroes assemble

How do you conquer these towns? Your ninja can’t do it all alone, so Heroes have to be recruited for aid in this task. Recruiting happens with Scrolls similarly to how Pet summoning works.

Heroes come in many shapes and sizes, so each hero is divided into a class, a faction and a rarity.

• The class determines what the hero's role on the field is with the available classes being a Warrior, a Mage, an Assassin & Support.
• The faction determines its strength and weakness against corresponding factions, the factions being Fire, Wind, Earth & Water.
• The rarity shows how many skills the hero has. Rare only has an Ultimate, Epic has an Ultimate and a passive while Legendary has an Ultimate and two passives.

The heroes battlefield strength is determined by its Star level and Hero level with the Star level being gained during the recruitment (which can be upgraded afterwards). The Hero level on the other hand uses Hero Exp, which is gained through conquering towns and passively from the Training Grounds building.

Now what?

The update is big and comparable to a new side game being added to Tap Ninja, but the work on it is going very well and a public beta test will be available on Steam for everyone in around 24 days with the full release of the update coming roughly two weeks afterwards, if no delays occur.

This is just a thing I wanna put out because I’m on T gel and I really like it. If you’re thinking of going on T gel the major cons are: consistency of application, transfer, and absorption. I am on T gel and I’m getting all of my desired effects, but I have to put it on twice a day 12 hours apart. T Gel it is not worse than shots in my opinion and it is not a bad choice. A personal tip if you put Shea butter over the gel once it’s dried it helps with transfer cause the gel now has a top layer barrier. It will also keep the gel on your skin to help with absorption. Ultimately whatever T you wanna be on is what’s best for you, but I see a fair amount of Gel hate and I just wanted to defend it a little.

I’m currently on a rewatch of all the housewives franchises. I’ve just stared Potomac for the first time. I’m midway through season 2 and I’m finding it kinda boring. Yes there’s lots of bitchiness, cattiness and all that good stuff but the subject matter is very surface level. I don’t find the arguments entertaining rather silly and tiring.

Please can someone tell me if it gets better, do I need to slug it out? Or shall I skip to Miami?

Edit: I’ve watched NY twice, NJ twice, BH twice, Atlanta and recently finished SLC for the first time (which I LOVED). Trying to get to know all the franchises so I know who they are when I watch Ultimate Girls Trip lol.

Hello, I apologize in advance this will be a VERY long text, and I’m not a native English speaker
First a bit of context about me:

I (30M) have separated from my ex-girlfriend (30F) a year ago, as she left for Japan for 6 month, then 9, then never to return again. We had been together for 13 years.
Over this year I’ve reached the lowest point of my life, until I, and her I guess, progressively understood we had no future together. I drowned myself into work and relied on close friends and eventually started to feel a bit better.

Two month ago she finally came back to have a last talk with me and the rest of her family, she took back some of her belongings but ultimately left me to deal with the remnants of our past life.

Today I live alone, progressively digging through our things and packing what’s Her’s t for her mother to take away sometime next month (we live far away and both of us work). Most of my friends are work colleagues.

Now for the actual thing I need advice about:

A month ago, while I was working at my desk besides two close colleague-friends, a lab technician (26F), came to one of them to ask for their approval about a problem she had. I was absorbed by my own work, but was more or less aware of their conversation. I made a snarky comment about her situation (nothing offensive). My colleagues laughed and so did she.
I lifted my eyes from my screen and was taken by surprise by how beautiful she was. I gazed at her for a second or so until I collected my spirits. I don’t think she could tell, but my friends / colleagues, who know me very well, noticed my interest, and poked me about it for the next hour or so.
I never thought I would see her again as I left for a two week holyday back to my family.

When I got back, I had almost forgotten about this encounter, but my colleagues had not ,and in the meantime, they had established she was single and they involved her manager (yeah I know this is borderline unethical) to make us meet again:
Me and my colleagues all have the same job, but we have our preferred domains. The beautiful lab technician’s work doesn’t normally fall into my perimeter, though I am perfectly able to deal with it.

One of my colleagues asked me to take care of a small matter in their name, I accepted but still enquired about why they needed me to, as things have been a bit slow lately. I noticed they were hiding something from me and pressed on. They finally explained me that they set this up with her manager so we would meet again. I’m a bit of a straight arrow so I was slightly angry at first but eventually accepted because :
A- She was unaware and wouldn’t feel uneasy about the situation
B- I would most likely end up thinking she was stupid (yes, I’m also a bit of an arrogant asshole, and very few people find grace in my eyes) which would end this nonsense.
C- I am a mere mortal, and wanted to see her again

The meeting came on, and it went good, I’m now aware that she also is smart and funny. More problems for me I guess, but I didn’t intend to do anything more for the time being. She had been nice and friendly, we even lost our subject for a bit and talked about other things.
That’s when things go south: When she came back from the meeting, her manager spilled the beans. One of my conspirator colleagues spoke with her, and she told them that she had a bit of second thoughts about it (you don’t say?? Playing matchmaker for one of your subordinates?) and they were told two things:
A- The beautiful lab tech was told BEFORE our meeting that I might have a crush on her and still came and acted friendly and nice towards me.
B- She was not taken aback by her manager’s revelation, did not exhibit anything that would suggest she’s angry (and we had every right to be in my eyes)

And here I stand now, wondering what to do. I feel like I should apologize to her, and still ask her out.
PS: This event happened on Friday morning. On Friday afternoon, a girl I don’t know and has no reason to, checked my linkedin (nobody ever does except head hunters), I found out they are the same age from the same school…

PPS: I am not, in anyway a hierarchic superior of the beautiful lab tech. i just represent some kind of authority over most decisions and people have to seek my approval in many matters.

Help me please. I really don’t want to fuck this up, i really feel like getting to know her a bit better over a date, but it feels like i'm not entirely ready. Give me advice on my next step please.

Hi all, our baby boy has never been a good sleeper, but we used to have a tolerable routine with bed at 7p, wake for bottle around 11p, and wake for 1.5 oz bottle around 4-5a, then wake for good around 6:30a. Starting around 8 months old, some nights he will wake up 3 times and other nights it’s every damn hour. This has been going on for a month and we’re losing our minds. We tried SWAP according to precious little sleep a few months ago but that ultimately failed because wife couldn’t handle the crying and wouldn’t stick with the program. Now she bottle feeds him to sleep for every nap and bedtime—I know that’s not recommended but it’s the only way he’s willing to take a bottle. He has a diagnosed swallowing disorder so he is fairly adverse to the bottle, but absolutely loves solids and eats 3 meals and 2 snacks a day.

I’m looking for advice on what to do to get our nights back. Offer him a bottle 30 min before bed and if he doesn’t take it, then do COI with him a little hungry? Seems like a losing battle to me. What about a midnight feed? He seems to really need that still, at least he thinks so. Desperate to regain our nights and sanity.

I had a relationship end about 1 1/2 years ago. We were together for over three years, and moved in together after a year or so.

I’ve had longer relationships before, and I would say I was largely moved on after a few months.

But I’ve had such a struggle finding closure with this last breakup.

I started dating about three months after it ended. I thought I was ready. I ultimately got into a relationship that lasted about 6 months. But I had to end things when I realized my feelings were coming back for my ex. I’ve been single ever since.

I could have shown up way better with my ex. I let depression, which was a new issue for me, take over at times.

We spoke about 6 months after the breakup, and she said she’d always love me.

The rest of my life is moving on just fine. But so much of my daily activities feel flavorless. And I constantly feel like I lost the best part of my world.

I’m in therapy, but that only helps so much. Anyone in a similar situation?

Alright for me, I would put the entire show but I'll make a list, in no particular order (might have missed some):

(HM to all Carulia, Carmivy, Red Crackle Moments. I want to include them but this list is about Carmen Sandiego herself. Sorry, might do another list though)

• "Way to shake a tail..." (S1 E4)
  • This just makes me laugh. Her face (and Ivy's), the line delivery and what had just transpired was what killed me...
• Dance Option in TSONTS (Interactive Special)
  • I was so confused on my first watch, but it made me smile that she can dance like that... did anyone have a crush her after that or was it just me?
• Carmen leaving Graham on 2 occasions (S1 E6 and S4 E4)
  • I know I just said no Red Crackle on this list, but I feel like these moments add a little more depth to Carmen. It shows how she is willing to give up her own happiness for the sake of saving the world and those she cares about. It's sweet but kinda sad for me, because GIRL! YOU GAVE SO MUCH! YOU DESERVE TO BE HAPPY!
• Carmen almost seeing someone else die (S1 E2)
  • Considering she has been kept on VILE her entire life, being told that stealing is encouraged and went to said school, it must've hit her like a truck that people she looked up to would kill someone who is innocent. This was what caused her view on thievery to change "Stealing isn't a game, it does harm people. Especially when you are willing to steal lives"
• First Call with Player
  • C'mon, it's the start of the ultimate duo in the show.
• She snaps at Boston Bois (S2 E6)
  • We never truly have seen Carmen get this angry before S4 Finale. JackieShitposts' Video of "Carmen Sandiego being Done 2" gave a really good analysis of that scene. • Her introduction
  • I think the scene speaks for itself

• Meeting her mom
  • I wish the show showed her mom's face but either way... I WAS SOOOO HAPPY! She got what she deserves and AHHHH! SHE LOOKED SOO HAPPY! It was so sweet!!!

So I'm in the mood to experience some very good games because.... I'm a big fan of masterpieces and I'm sure all of you guys's are as well. There's just something about a game that really stands out in the medium.

Two examples I will give are the Witcher 3 and RDR2, I'll never be able to decide between these two but these are the best games I've ever played. I've played some other great games too. I really enjoyed Skyrim, MHW/Iceborne, Ghost of Tsushima, Days Gone, Last of Us, and Fallout 4, but those 2 particularly hit me. I've yet to find a single game to do the same.

I've accumalated quite the backlog over the years and I've finally got time to dive in as I've just finished Bloodborne (my first FromSoft game)--and it has broken my top 5!. Absolutely incredible and I personally give the game a 10/10.

This time around, I'm looking to maybe the keep the variety going so I'm thinking of rotating around 2-3 games over a given time period, which will be until I finish them. Moreover, this gives me the freedom to work around my mood. The backlog is quite big and I tend to take a long time playing games, so wiping out 2-3 instead of just 1 would help a lot!

So yes, quite the backlog, haha. Probably thousands of hours worth, but this is truly it though. I tend to buy games that are very critically acclaimed, and over the years, I've built the quite the collection over many platforms like the PS4, Switch, and PC. However, due to time constraints and just the sheer size of some of these titles, it takes me FOREVER to finish a game. I truly mean it, like finishing a game is quite rare for me. I played Bloodborne over the Christmas break, so I had lot's of time to dive in. But sometimes, there's just so little time :(.

This may just be me, but knowing that I have all these incredible games kinda messes me up, haha. Like I'll be playing a game and then while I'm playing, I'll be thinking about another game I could be playing because I know it will be so good! But I need to stick to a couple of games and that's it.

Some may say that this list is all over the place and ya it probably is, haha. However, my goal is to get some insight on each and every one of these titles. From there, I'll ultimately be able to make a decison. Because there's so much variety, I'm probably going to get a lot of different opinions and advice, but I like learning from many different perspectives. Who knows if I'll get to all of these, but it's just the general knowledge of them that is good in my opinion. So ya, I do think there's a point, haha.

Anyway, that's it for me. I'd really appreciate the game reccomendations. It's hard for me to do research on each of these because of time constraints, and being an overthinker just makes me spend more time trying to choose what to play. So when I say it's appreciated, it REALLY is, haha.

Here's some of mine.

1. When a Pokemon evolves, how do the characters adapt to calling it by its new name so easily? Especially when they've owned it for a while. Like, imagine Pikachu actually evolved into a Raichu. There's no way Ash would summon Raichu in the very next battle saying "Raichu, I choose you!" without at least stuttering since he's so used to calling it Pikachu.
2. Why is the anime so against giving Pokemon proper pronouns? The whole point is that Pokemon and humans are really close, and from Pokemon dialogue, we see that the Pokemon refer to humans by their pronouns. So what exactly is the reason for Ash NOT to call Pikachu a 'he'?? It's not even ambiguous, there's a gender difference which Pikachu doesn't apply to. Some ultimate bond between the bestest of friends.
3. Come to think of it, sometimes the anime feels less like a 'Pokemon anime' and more like an 'anime with Pokemon in it'. I say this because A: characters never use Pokemon-related expressions like 'putting the cart before the Rapidash' and B: the Alola games introduced a Rock-Paper-Scissors alternative, Fire-Water-Grass, yet in Journeys, Ash and Goh still have a match of the former. For no explicable reason.
4. Why did Journeys hate Galar so much?? We pretty much learn nothing new about ANY of the Galarian characters except for Leon and Sonia (and for the latter, all we learnt is that she's a bad driver, which is just absoluuuutely riveting). I especially despise the potential that was thrown into the waste basket with Allister, Bea, Marnie and I guess Hop.
5. On a similar note, Dragonite. Honestly, she was my favourite Pokemon from the Journeys team, she was really sweet and caring. And yet the anime didn't give her ONE SINGLE EPISODE outside of her introduction episode, when the rest of the team got multiple. And her loss against Cynthia was painful, WHY DID ASH LET HER REPEATEDLY USE DREAM EATER, THERE'S NO LIMIT ON SWAPPING OUT SO SWAP OUT ALREADY YOU DUMASH
6. Also, there really aren't as much tender Ash and Pikachu moments as other seasons. Goh completely ruins that, I hate his character and wish he either never existed or was just a recurring background character.

Went on a bit of a rant there, sorry lol. But you have permission to rant below too if you want.
