A fee, date or detail that’s wrong
This is the most useful email you can send us, and it goes to the top of the pile. Every club and tournament record here was read off the organisation’s own published pages and dated, so when something is wrong it is usually because they changed it and we haven’t caught up.
Tell us the club or tournament, what the page says, and what it should say, a link to the page you got it from is ideal, because we quote what an organisation publishes rather than what we’re told.
A club or association we’ve missed
We cover ten Canadian cities and we know the list isn’t complete. Send the name and a link and we’ll research it into the next update. There is no charge for being listed, and there never will be.
Claiming your club’s listing
If you run a club or an association and want to keep your own entry current. Confirm what we’ve researched, correct it the same day it changes, and carry a verified by the club date, write to us and say so. We’re building this now and would rather design it with a few clubs than at them.
To be plain about what it is and isn’t: every club stays listed whether or not it takes part, and nothing here can be paid for in terms of ranking or placement. A parent has to be able to trust that a blank fee means the club doesn’t publish one, not that they didn’t pay us.
Something wrong with the app or the site
Tell us what you tapped and what happened. If it’s the iOS app, your device and iOS version help. If the assistant gave you an answer that looks wrong, please paste the question, a wrong answer with a citation is the worst failure this site can have, and we want to see it.
What we can’t help with
We are not connected to any club’s registration or scheduling system, and we have no access to anyone’s account with them. So we can’t tell you your child’s team, game times or field, we can’t change or refund a registration, and we can’t chase a club on your behalf. Your club holds all of that, and emailing them directly will always be faster than emailing us.
Your data
To delete your account, the fastest route is inside the iOS app: the Ask tab, the person icon at the top right, then Delete account. If you’d rather we did it, email us from the address on the account. What we hold and for how long is in the privacy policy.
