Faster hornet 919?

Reddit Sports - Wed, 04/24/2024 - 16:18

So basically, I want to get the hornet 919 but I know the engine has been seriously throttled back when compared to its sport bike counterpart the CBR 900, how can I get the CBR 900 TopSpeed of about 160? And if you don’t know, the hornet has a top speed of like 140 which is Majorly throttled back. I can’t find any ECU flashing kits online for the hornet so I really don’t know what I should do if anyone has any pointers or if anyone knows of a company that flashes the ECU of the horny, it would be greatly appreciated!

Copilot Has Made its Pick!

Reddit Sports - Wed, 04/24/2024 - 16:17

Copilot

The consensus pick for the Dallas Cowboys in the 2024 NFL Draft seems to be Amarius Mims, an offensive tackle from Georgia. There’s also mention of Tyler Guyton being a potential pick for the Cowboys. It’s worth noting that mock drafts and expert opinions can vary, but these names have been frequently mentioned in connection with the Cowboys’ first-round selection. The draft is always full of surprises, so it’ll be interesting to see who they ultimately choose!

Reddit Sports - Wed, 04/24/2024 - 16:17

This protein says there’s no peanuts in it but when I look it up it says there’s powdered peanut butter in the powder. I’m just confused is this from the old brand and the new one is now safe? Someone let me know cause if it does I’ll return it.

19F, been hit with a 13k medical bill and unsure how to handle it

Reddit Sports - Wed, 04/24/2024 - 16:15

Hi everyone, hope you’re all doing well. I’ll try to keep this as simple as possible. I suffered a knee injury last year while playing sport - my kneecap completely dislocated. I went ahead and saw a private doctor and physiotherapist, who both advised me to have intensive physiotherapy before returning to sport, so I did, and I returned to football, only to re injure myself multiple times.

Fast forward to February this year, and after a scan , I was told the situation is quite bad, my kneecap sits permanently out of place now & I need 3 operations if I want to do anything physical again and that these procedures need to be done as soon as possible as another serious injury would result in me needing a total kneecap replacement. Upon hearing this I enquired about NHS wait times, to which I was told ‘at least 2 years’ so that option is totally off the table for me.

Today I’ve been quoted £13k for it all, and that I need it as early as the surgeon is able to do it, which is August. I currently have about £3k in savings. I’ve worked in hospitality part time for 3 years, but can’t do that at the moment due to my high risk of injury. My only source of income at the moment is my Etsy shop, 3/4 of the year I make about £300 take home a month, and the final quarter of the year, I make about £3k-5k a month. I’m also unable to get any form of benefits as I’m already on student finance (which starting September, will cover my rent and that’s it)

I’ve built up a good credit score through my business, as I would buy my stock with a credit card and then pay it off as soon as my profits came through, usually within the same week. So I’m able to get a 0% interest credit card. I’m thinking of paying for my surgery with a credit card and then paying the majority of it off come Christmas time. Does this sound like a good idea? Any better solutions? I’ve never had to deal with this sort of money before, so I’m quite stressed about the whole ordeal. Thanks :)

Report: Tiger Woods to receive $100 million for sticking with PGA Tour

SportsNets - Wed, 04/24/2024 - 16:15

Tiger Woods and other star golfers are set to cash in for staying loyal to the PGA Tour.

According to a report by James Corrigan of The Telegraph, Woods is going to receive up to $100 million in equity, with Rory Mcllroy receiving up to $50 million, for not joining the LIV Tour.

The money is coming from Strategic Sports Group, which is made up of sports team owners who put $1.5 billion into PGA Tour Enterprises, a new for-profit company, three months ago.

Two-thirds of that money will be divided among 193 golfers, with $750 million to go to the 36 golfers most deserving of the increased bonus, according to Corrigan.

The PGA Tour had already explained to its members that the total would be calculated based on career points, a metric created to award players for their achievements during their careers on tour. The PGA Tour’s Player Impact Program, which includes off-course value, will also be taken into consideration.

Members will have to remain loyal to the PGA Tour, as funds are vested over the next eight years, with plans to award $100 million per year to players. Fifty per cent of the payments would come by year four, 75 per cent by year six and the remaining 25 per cent would be awarded over the final two years.

With Woods and Mcllroy leading the way, Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas are expected to be due for the next highest equity amounts, coming in at around $30 million.

Competitive high school or college sports in SD?

Reddit Sports - Wed, 04/24/2024 - 16:15

My wife and I would like to attend a local high school or college sports game. Any recommendations on fun ones to attend? Leaning towards college as it’d be fun to have a beer and enjoy a good game. Don’t think drinks are allowed at HS games.

2018 Grand Cherokee Overland 5.7L

Reddit Sports - Wed, 04/24/2024 - 16:15

Just bought this last night, I like the way sport bumpers look, is there a way to find sport bumpers that can fit the model? I’ve never had a car I’ve wanted to trick out a bit and I’m not sure where to start.

Probably would like to get a performance hood as well

I like the way the aggressive bumpers look on the SRT Grand Cherokee’s and would like to steal the look a little bit if possible
